The Texas Lottery Commission today presented Albert Treat of Allen with a check for $1 million for winning the TEXAS MILLION drawing on August 11, 2000. The winning numbers drawn were: 38-39-82-77.
The winning ticket was purchased at James Exxon located at 1431 Oates Drive in Mesquite. The retailer is eligible to receive a bonus of one-percent of the jackpot for selling a Texas Million jackpot-winning ticket.
Treat is the 19th TEXAS MILLION winner since the game's inception in May 1998.
There have been four other Texas Million winners this year. MDJ Management Trust of Lufkin, Larry Woodland, Jr., of Garland, the De La Rosa Management Trust of San Antonio and Manuel Aguilar, Jr., of Victoria.
Mr. Treat requested minimal publicity. |
