LAS VEGAS East Coast dining and nightclub sensation Kahunaville offers good food, lively ambiance and exciting after-dark entertainment at TI.
Kahunaville, recognized by Nation's Restaurant News as an innovative, cutting-edge operation with strong consumer appeal, is the concept of restaurateur David Tuttleman. Featuring Chef Alfonso Contrisciani, one of only 54 master chefs in the United States, and 10 of the world's top 15 bartenders, Kahunaville brings to Treasure Island a new dimension of all day and late-night dining and entertainment.

Chef Contrisciani has created imaginative culinary delights that match the restaurant's wildly colorful surroundings. Lobster Fritters, Pacific Rim Vegetable Springrolls, Jamaican Jerk Chicken Satay and coconut crusted Thai Dancing Shrimp are only a sample of the menu's offerings and are sure to please the most discriminating palates.
Decorated in a Polynesian motif with verdant tropical foliage, bright colors and lighted dancing fountains, the 400-seat restaurant located across from the Myst?re Theatre offers a vivacious environment. Island dance performances by Kahunaville staff enhance the tropical ambiance.
At the restaurant's entrance is a 5,000 square-foot bar where top bartenders as ranked by the Flair Bartender Association competition entertain guests tossing bottles in the air while preparing strawberrymango and bananaberry Kahuna Koladas featuring Kahunaville's secret ingredient. The electricity from the lively bar area flows into the restaurant's spacious dining room that opens to the resort's tropical pool where poolside food and beverage service is available.

Kahunaville restaurants exploded onto the cuisine scene in Wilmington, Del. in 1996, and have since expanded to capture the palates of patrons in New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Ohio.
