The Texas Lottery Commission presented Sean Glassco of San Marcos with the first installment of his top prize in the Weekly Grand instant game.
After receiving the installment of $52,000, Glassco will receive an annual installment in the same amount for the next 19 years.
The winner bought the ticket at the Sac 'N Pac #101, located at 204 Moore Street in San Marcos. The retailer is eligible to receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Glassco is the 38th Weekly Grand winner since the game began in 1995. There are two jackpot prizes remaining in the current run of this game.
