WILLIAMSBURG, MI-- Local resident James Mikowski of Traverse City has over a million reasons to smile this morning!
Mikowski, 62, hit the progressive jackpot on the Fabulous Fifties slot machine ($0.50 denomination) last night and Sodak Gaming, a nationwide progressive slot machine company that links Native American casinos throughout the country together for mega-jackpots, confirmed the win this morning at 9:30am.
Turtle Creek shift manager Kent Tillet is pleased to see Mikowski's big win. "The atmosphere of the casino is always exciting, but with three big progressive winners in less than three weeks, its almost electrifying in here!" exclaims Tillet.
Local resident Raymond Fifarek of Rapids City won $349,921.57 on an IGT "Jeopardy" game show-style progressive slot machine at Turtle Creek Casino on Friday, June 14th and Sodak awarded Mike Beno of Dearborn Heights $404,608.09 on the progressive Sodak slot machine "Wheel of Fortune" game show-style slot machine on June 17th.
