Las Vegas, NV - January 27 2004-- The Miracle Seat, a vented toilet seat that vacuums foul odors and harmful germs from the toilet bowl, before they escape into the air, was introduced at the International Builder's show last week. ABC channel 13 and NBC channel 3 television affiliates in Las Vegas featured the Miracle Seat on evening, late night and morning newscasts. KSTJ, Star 102.7 FM, discussed the Miracle Seat at length on its Wednesday morning “Mike and Beth” show. The popular Las Vegas DJs put a humorous spin on their extended discussion of the Miracle Seat during the morning commute time slot. The Las Vegas Sun sent a photojournalist to the Miracle Seat booth at the Builder's Show to photograph the product in action and to interview company spokesman, Bill Berdux.
Do-It-Yourself television hosts and producers in England, Canada and the U.S. have asked the Miracle Seat Company for information and footage on the Miracle Seat. The product was also well received by industry professionals including remodeling contractors, homebuilders and commercial builders. “Many show attendees told us that it was about time somebody solved the toilet odor problem,” said Bill Berdux. He added that, “some even said that their customers were looking top of the line upgrades and would settle for nothing less.” They saw the Miracle Seat as something that would meet the standards of their most discriminating customers.
The Miracle Seat was the only product of its type displayed at the show. The novelty factor played a big part in achieving so much media attention. Humorous anecdotes such as “this product sucks!” added fuel and excitement to the newsworthy messages. “The Miracle Seat, on its own, received as much attention as all the Kohler products,” explained Berdux. “This illustrates that there is a lot of interest in ridding the bathroom of toilet odors,” he added.
The Miracle Seat, tried and proven in restaurants, offices, clinics and homes is available for $125 online at www.miracleseat.com.
